PSA Media Request
Used to request Public Service Announcement media on local radio and TV stations.

Proclamation
Proclamation Instructions
Used to garner an observance of an event or a date by a city or parish. This sample proclamation was used for the Zero Tolerance weekend.

Letter to the Editor
A localized template "Letter to the Editor" explaining the importance of KLB and partner organization initiatives.

Sponsorship Request Letter
A template of a letter requesting sponsorship of an event or any other initiative by a local business.

Media Advisory
A template of a media advisory which is a brief, specific description of who, what, when, where, why and how an event is taking place. It encourages media to attend an event.

News Release
A template news release. This sample describes a KLB affiliate event.
